On the first floor, the master bedroom with a view of the lake awaits you, consisting of a Queen size bed and TV, and its shower room. Followed by a double bedroom and a relaxation area with a sofa convertible into a double bed, sharing a common shower room. The bedroom window openings are child-proof.

From the outdoor terrace, enjoy friendly, family moments from the first light of day, starting with breakfast by the pool. Also ideal for your meals thanks to the fully equipped outdoor kitchen: plancha, brazier, fridge and other equipment. Finally, end your day watching the sunset over the lake from the outdoor lounge chairs.

At the back of the house you will find a private landscaped garden, with games for children (hut, slide, trampoline).

Parking – The villa has a garage for 2 cars as well as a large private outdoor parking space that can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.

Access to the property is secured by an electric gate.
